1. The deal

twoweeksimgone.com is a project of [LEGAL ENTITY TBD] ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, stop using it. We may update these terms; we'll email subscribers 30 days in advance if a change materially affects them.

2. Eligibility

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You can form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You're not on a US sanctions list. We don't knowingly do business with sanctioned entities.

3. What's here

A countdown, a share-card maker, a Mad Libs-style resignation letter generator, a snap-back email generator, and "The PIP" - a viral chain-share gag where you forward a fake Performance Improvement Plan to a colleague. Everything is free. No accounts, no signup gates, no paywalls.

None of this is legal advice, career advice, financial advice, or therapy. It's a joke that happens to be useful. Treat it that way.

4. Use it how you like

The tools are free. Whatever you generate (letters, share cards, snap-backs, PIPs) is yours. Keep it, share it, screenshot it, frame it. We don't claim ownership of what you make with the templates.

5. Don't be a jerk about it

• Don't use the letter or snap-back generators to harass a specific named person.
• Don't use "The PIP" to harass a specific named person.
• Don't scrape the site at scale or try to break it. There isn't much to break and you'll just waste an afternoon.
• Don't impersonate twoweeksimgone.com or claim to be us.
• Don't probe for security vulnerabilities except via good-faith disclosure to hello@twoweeksimgone.com.

6. The email list

If you drop your email in on the About page, the deal is fully described there (and in the privacy policy). Short version: at most one heads-up per month, every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we auto-delete you 14 days after a heads-up if you don't re-consent. We don't sell, share, rent, or trade your email. Ever.

7. No warranties, no liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise uptime, accuracy, or that any particular template is the right one for your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income or job offers. Our total liability for any claim is capped at USD 100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; if you're in one of those, we only disclaim what we can.

8. If we shut it down

If we take the site offline, we delete whatever data we have. The free tools will keep working in your browser's cache until you clear it. You can also stop using the site any time. No formalities required.

9. Governing law + disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE TBD], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally goes to the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE TBD], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Miscellany

• If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a term doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
• You can't assign these terms to someone else. We can assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
• These terms plus the privacy policy are the entire agreement between us about this site.
